Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Lifeway Plain Lowfat Kefir
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats*
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy immediately!
