This kefir chia pudding is the perfect grab-and-go breakfast, brought to you by our friend Chef Seamus Mullen! Use your favorite flavor of kefir and whatever fresh fruit or fruit confiture your heart desires.
- 4 cups Plain Lowfat Kefir
- 4 teaspoons chia seeds
- 8 tablespoons fruit confiture or chopped fresh fruit
- Mix the chia and kefir together. Divide into the four mason jars.
- Top with fruit or fruit confiture, cover and refrigerate.
- In the morning grab and go!
