Treat yourself to our Coconut-Banana Macaroon Smoothie, a mixture that mimics the macaroon’s rich flavor, but without all of the added sugar.
- 1½ cup Lifeway Coconut Chia Lowfat Kefir
- 3 bananas
- ½ cup almonds
- Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Garnish with chocolate chips and crushed almonds
