Cucumber Kefir Raita

Tart and tangy kefir meets crisp cucumber in this bright Cucumber Kefir Raita dressing. It’s the perfect way to add flavor and probiotics to summer salads!


  • ½ cup Plain Whole Milk Kefir
  • ½ cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Pulse until thoroughly combined.
  2. Chill raita, covered, until ready to serve.
