- 1 cup Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- 3 tbsp dried goji berries
- 10 oz frozen peaches
- 1 banana for a sweater smoothie
- juice from ½ an orange
- Add all ingredients into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
