- 1 cup Lifeway Banana Protein Kefir
- ½ apple, cored
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup baby spinach, tightly packed
- ½ lemon, juiced
- pinch of cayenne
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached. Add more cayenne, if desired.
