- ½ cup Madagascar Vanilla Low Fat Kefir
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 2 tsp maca powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 meyer lemon, zested
- ½ meyer lemon, juiced
- Blend these ingredients in a food processor or high power blender.
- If the dough is too wet add almond meal, coconut flour, or flax meal to the mix till you can form a ball. You can eat these right away or place them in the freezer and enjoy through the week.
- Roll each bite in the lemon zest.
