To celebrate the classic combo of mint and chocolate, we used vanilla kefir and cacao in our Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie. True to that coveted mint chocolate flavor, this blend is a healthy swap that doesn’t sacrifice taste.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Madagascar Vanilla Lowfat Kefir
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- handful fresh mint
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Garnish with chocolate chips and mint leaves.
- You can substitute the Madagascar Vanilla Lowfat Kefir with Chocolate Truffle Lowfat Kefir.
