This hearty Oatmeal Pear Breakfast Kefir Smoothie contains protein, fiber, carbohydrates and healthy fats to keep you full and energized for hours! It’s the perfect breakfast for a day at the apple orchard or a brisk fall hike!
- 1 cup Lifeway Madagascar Vanilla Lowfat Kefir
- 1 pear, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, or ¼ tsp dried ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, plus more to garnish
- Combine all ingredients into the pitcher of a high powered blender. Blend on high until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
