Oatmeal Pear Breakfast Kefir Smoothie

This hearty Oatmeal Pear Breakfast Kefir Smoothie contains protein, fiber, carbohydrates and healthy fats to keep you full and energized for hours! It’s the perfect breakfast for a day at the apple orchard or a brisk fall hike!



  • 1 cup Lifeway Madagascar Vanilla Low Fat Kefir
  • 1 pear, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, or ¼ tsp dried ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, plus more to garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients into the pitcher of a high powered blender. Blend on high until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
