Piña Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup Lifeway Coconut Chia Low Fat Kefir
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple, frozen
  • 1-2 Tbsp grated ginger (to taste)


  1. Combine ingredients in a high powered blender in the order listed above. Blend on high until smooth. Enjoy with our without a colorful drink umbrella!
