This subtly sweet smoothie is full of heart-healthy and belly-friendly ingredients.
- 1 cup Lifeway Madagascar Vanilla Low Fat Kefir
- 1 large scoop Lifeway Original Frozen Kefir
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 medium/large banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp rosewater
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Add additional kefir or frozen kefir to reach desired consistency.
