- 1 cup Lifeway Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 scant cup sweet potato, steamed and diced into chunks
- 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced
- 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of sea salt
- Ice, as needed
- Add all ingredients into the pitcher of a high powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
