Perfect for a morning snack or afternoon treat, these bite-sized energy balls are the answer to your pumpkin spice cravings. Keep them refrigerated or even throw them in the freezer so you can enjoy them throughout the week.

Directions

  1. Blend these ingredients in a food processor or high power blender
  2. If the dough is too wet add more coconut flour to the mix till you can form a ball. You can eat these right away or place them in the freezer and enjoy through the week.

    Notes

  • Add ¾ tsp ground cinnamon if it needs more pumpkin spice flavor
