- 1 cup Lifeway Raspberry Lowfat Kefir
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup chopped cauliflower florets
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ lemon, juiced and zested
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
