- 1 cup Lifeway Raspberry Low Fat Kefir
- 1½ cups raspberries, frozen
- 1 cup Lifeway Mango Low Fat Kefir
- 1½ cups mango chunks, frozen
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 ounces rum (optional)
- For the raspberry layer: add the raspberries and raspberry kefir into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Store in the freezer.
- For the mango layer: add the mangoes, mango kefir, and lime juice into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour mango into a glass, and top with the raspberry. Garnish with fresh fruit and a mini umbrella.
- For an adults-only daiquiri, add an ounce of rum into each layer before blending.
