Raspberry Mango Kefir Daiquiri

  1. For the raspberry layer: add the raspberries and raspberry kefir into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Store in the freezer.
  2. For the mango layer: add the mangoes, mango kefir, and lime juice into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Pour mango into a glass, and top with the raspberry. Garnish with fresh fruit and a mini umbrella.

    Notes

  • For an adults-only daiquiri, add an ounce of rum into each layer before blending.
