Seamus Mullen’s Watermelon and Cucumber Chill Smoothie

Stay cool this summer with Seamus Mullen’s Watermelon and Cucumber Chill Smoothie. Packed with fruits and veggies that are known to keep you cool in hot weather, this smoothie is sure to be a hit in the warmer months.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lifeway Watermelon Low Fat Kefir
  • 2 cups watermelon, seeds removed
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 2 Tbsp peeled ginger, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh mint sprigs, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!
