This super green, super good smoothie is packed with protein, probiotics, antioxidants, and B-vitamins. We gave it an extra boost with spirulina, hemp seeds, and our Coconut Chia Kefir for a superfood smoothie you won’t wanna put down!
- 1½ cups Coconut Chia Lowfat Kefir
- 2 bananas, frozen
- ½ Tbsp spirulina
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, coconut flakes to top
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a mason jar and top with fresh fruit and coconut flakes.
