- 1 cup Lifeway Madagascar Vanilla Lowfat Kefir
- ½ cup carrot juice
- ½ cup apple juice
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Hemp seeds as garnish
- Add all ingredients (except garnishes) to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
