Watermelon, Strawberry and Mint Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with additional mint or fresh sliced strawberries, if desired.

    Notes

  • If you don't have frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries work as well.
