I really love the blueberry Kefir and visit Starfruit in Chicago in which I get hand crafted blended Kefir smoothies every spring and summer. Will you be at the NRA Show in Chicago?

I like to make overnight oats with any flavor of Lifeway Kefir & Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats. I particularly like using the Madagascar Vanilla or Strawberry Banana Kefir, but I also like to try to get my hands on the seasonal flavors when I can to change things up a bit.
