- 1 cup Organic Whole Milk Plain Kefir
- *or any plain variety of kefir
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/2 peach, sliced
- 1/4 cup low-sugar, gluten-free granola (we used Purely Elizabeth)
- Optional: 1 tsp. raw honey for extra sweetness
- Spices of choice: dash each of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom
- Other options: a light sprinkle of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, or hemp seeds for healthy fats
Directions
- Pour Lifeway Kefir into a cereal bowl, and add the fruit on top with spices of choice, then the honey if using. Stir to combine.
- Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes or so to set and let the flavors combine a little, then remove, add the granola and additional nuts and seeds if using, and serve to enjoy.
