This autumn-inspired Cherry Maple Smoothie is the perfect balance of probiotics, antioxidants, and fiber. Tart cherries contain anthocyanins, which are flavonoids that are shown to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Not only are oats high in fiber, they’re also a great source of complex carbohydrates. Complex carbs burn slower than simple carbs, keeping you full for longer.
If you want to bump up the sweetness, organic local honey or maple syrup are a great addition.
