- ½ cup Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- ½ cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Pulse until thoroughly combined.
