- 1 Natural Kefir Cup
- 4 croissants
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 cup dark cherries
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon, zest
- 3-4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- Kefir Spread: mix together powdered sugar, poppy seeds, and vanilla extract together.
- Dark Cherry Jam: In a saucepan cook down frozen cherries, blackberries, and sugar. When the liquid starts to become more prominent, add in chia seeds. Take off stove and stir till thickened.
- Cut your croissants in half and top with the kefir spread, homemade jam, and lemon zest.
