- 1 Natural Kefir Cup
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries cut in half
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 slices of toasted bread
- fresh mint & honey to garnish
- pinch of sea salt
- On a baking sheet toss blackberries, blueberries, vanilla, salt, and maple syrup together. Place in the oven with the broiler on, once the berries start to soften and breakdown take them out of the oven and let cool.
- Smear a natural kefir cup on the toasted bread and top each slice with a thick layer of roasted berries. Garnish with mint and honey.
