- 1 package of Organic Natural Skyr
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp milled golden flax seed
- 1 tbsp powdered turmeric
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- In a bowl combine plain skyr, maple syrup, flax seed, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Stir until completely mixed.
- Cover tightly and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- As the skyr sits it will become more and more golden in color and the flavors will develop.
- Top with desired toppings and serve immediately.
