Golden Milk Skyr Bowls

Our protein-rich, golden milk skyr bowl is a luscious blend of anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon.   1. In a bowl combine plain skyr, maple syrup, flax seed, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir until completely mixed.
  3. Cover tightly and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. As the skyr sits it will become more and more golden in color and the flavors will develop.
  5. Top with desired toppings and serve immediately.
