- pinch of salt
- 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract
- handful of fresh mint (or 2-3 drops of peppermint extract)
- 1 cup frozen avocado cubes
- 2 tsp. greens spirulina (or matcha) powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup Blueberry Oat
- or 1 cup Plain Lifeway Oat

- Blend together all ingredients in the blender and freeze for 2-3 hours until it's creamy and easy to scoop.
