Pear and Vanilla Protein Kefir Smoothie

A superb spring-time sipper, our new Pear and Vanilla Protein Kefir Smoothie is packed with probiotics and protein to keep you full and focused for hours!


  1. Wash, core and chop the pear into ½-inch chunks. Add to the pitcher of a high-powered blender along with the kefir, honey and banana. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Garnish with hemp seeds, shaved coconut, cinnamon or honey, as desired. Serve, sip and enjoy!
