These pancakes are so flipping good! 🥞 We’ve modified your traditional Saturday morning breakfast and made it #vegan with a prebiotic fiber boost. By eliminating the eggs and substituting Lifeway Oat in place of buttermilk, we’ve developed a #recipe that is plant-based, dairy-free, and gluten-free, but still light, fluffy, and delicious. Topped with a drizzle of maple syrup, fresh bananas, and juicy blueberries, this tall stack of homemade vegan pancakes is a healthier way to start your day.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth
  2. On a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add 1/4 cup batter and cook until edges are golden brown (about 2-3 mins each side).
