Ginger Peach Smoothie

Beat the heat with our ginger peach smoothie! This probiotic powerhouse boasts a decadent peaches and cream flavor with an added kick of fresh ginger.

  • 2 cups Organic Peach Low Fat Kefir
  • 2 peaches, pitted and frozen
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • Fresh peach slices, for garnish


  1. Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses, and garnish with fresh peach slices.
