Probiotic Gingerbread Kefir Smoothie

With cold weather come cold symptoms. Keep them at bay with our warming Probiotic Gingerbread Kefir Smoothie – it supports a healthy immune system and digestion with an extra punch of protein!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lifeway Vanilla Protein Kefir
  • 1 Tbsp organic blackstrap molasses
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • Ice, as needed

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!

    Notes

  • If you can't find our Vanilla Protein Kefir, feel free to use our Madagascar Vanilla Kefir!
