Directions

  1. Blend together each layer separately. Blend the blue/purple layer slightly until multiple colors appear, don't over blend.
  2. Pour in the blue/purple layer. Add about a tsp of Lowfat Plain Lifeway Kefir in the middle. Add the pink layer on top. Top with frozen wild blueberries and ejoy!
