- Blue/purple Layer:
- 1 cup Lowfat Blueberry Kefir
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 package of frozen blueberry smoothie packs
- 2 tbsp blue spirulina
- Pink Layer:
- 1 frozen package Acai
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup Lowfat Plain Kefir
- Middle Layer:
- 1/2 cup additional Low-Fat Plain Kefir
- Other Ingredients:
- Frozen wild blueberries
Directions
- Blend together each layer separately. Blend the blue/purple layer slightly until multiple colors appear, don't over blend.
- Pour in the blue/purple layer. Add about a tsp of Lowfat Plain Lifeway Kefir in the middle. Add the pink layer on top. Top with frozen wild blueberries and ejoy!
