- 1 cup Lowfat Blueberry Kefir
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
Pink Layer:
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup Lowfat Plain Kefir
Middle White Layer:
- 1/2 cup additional Low-Fat Plain Kefir
- 1 frozen banana
Toppings:
- Frozen wild blueberries
Directions
- Blend together each layer separately.
- Pour in the blue/purple layer, then add the white layer, and then the pink layer on top. Slightly swirl together, then top with frozen wild blueberries and ejoy!
