Make the most of the short fig season with this decadent and delicious Almond Honey Fig Smoothie Bowl!
- 1 cup Honey Fig Low Fat Kefir
- 1 banana, frozen and sliced
- 3 dried figs, chopped
- 1 Tbsp almond butter + more for serving
- ⅛ cup sliced almonds + more to garnish
- Pomegranate seeds, to garnish
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into your favorite bowl and top with sliced almonds and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with additional almond butter, if desired, and serve.
