Almond Honey Fig Smoothie Bowl

Make the most of the short fig season with this decadent and delicious Almond Honey Fig Smoothie Bowl!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Honey Fig Low Fat Kefir
  • 1 banana, frozen and sliced
  • 3 dried figs, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter + more for serving
  • ⅛ cup sliced almonds + more to garnish
  • Pomegranate seeds, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into your favorite bowl and top with sliced almonds and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with additional almond butter, if desired, and serve.
