Cherry Cordial Smoothie

Nothing’s sexier than a healthy gut! Enjoy all the decadence of a cherry cordial in one guilt-free, probiotic-packed smoothie. Makes two servings, so share it with someone you love.

  • 2 Cups Cherry Low Fat Kefir
  • 3 cups frozen dark cherries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Toppings: Strained kefir, chocolate shavings, and maraschino cherries


  1. Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Garnish with a dollop of strained kefir, dark chocolate shavings, and maraschino cherries.
