- 1/4 cup avocado, frozen
- 1 cup Madagascar Vanilla Lowfat Kefir
- 1/2 cups
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp reishi powder
- Freeze the 1/2 cups of Coconut & Cream Whole Milk Kefir into ice cubes, use the frozen cubes for the smoothie!
