Ingredients
- 2 boiled eggs, cooled
- 1 tbsp. chipotle style mayo
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. hot honey
- flesh of an avocado, mashed
- 1/2 cup Farmer Cheese
- 2 slices sourdough bread
Directions
- To a bowl, add in the boiled eggs, mayo, red pepper flakes, red pepper flakes, and hot honey. Mix together until well combined.
- Toast 2 slices of sourdough bread.
- Add a layer of Lifeway Farmer Cheese to the toast, followed by the mashed avocado. Top with the egg mixture. Drizzle more hot honey and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
