- 1 3/4 cups Chocolate Lowfat Kefir
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3 dates
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp sunflower butter
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- Add all ingredients (besides raspberries) to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Mash the raspberries in the bottle of your glass before pouring your smoothie over it. Enjoy with a spoon or straw!
