Directions

  1. Puree the 1¼ cups of strawberries, 1 cup strawberry kefir, and maple syrup, using a blender or food processor.
  2. Take two glasses and add half of the blended kefir strawberries and cut strawberry pieces into each glass. Stir together to make a swirled pattern. Next, pour the remaining 1/2 cup of your strawberry kefir into each glass and serve immediately.
