- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ¾ cup fresh strawberries, cut into tiny pieces
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups Strawberry Whole Milk Kefir
- Puree the 1¼ cups of strawberries, 1 cup strawberry kefir, and maple syrup, using a blender or food processor.
