- 1/2 fresh mango, sliced thin
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, zest + juice
- 1/2 avocado
- salt, for taste
- 2 tbsp Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 sliced of toasted bread
- Avocado Mash: mash 1/2 avocado with fork and stir in kefir, cumin, garlic, paprika, salt, and a little lime juice.
- Slather avo mash over toasted bread and top with thinly sliced mango, fresh cilantro leaves, lime zest, and salt. Enjoy!
