Prep Time: 6 hours, 20 minutes Servings: 6-8

Directions

  1. Place the entire container of Lifeway Farmer Cheese into a food processor along with Lifeway Vanilla kefir, vanilla, and pure maple syrup. Blend on high until very smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Add the strawberry jam and fresh orange juice to a shallow bowl, and mix until well-combined. Quickly dip both sides of each ladyfinger into the jam/juice mixture, one at a time, and line the bottom of a 2.5 quart baking dish with them.
  3. Drizzle 2 tbsp. of the jam mixture over the top of the ladyfingers, then cover with half of the whipped farmer cheese/kefir mixture from step 1. Top the farmer cheese/kefir mixture with 1/2 of the pint of sliced strawberries.
  4. Create a second layer by repeating the process above in step 3 using up all the rest of the farmer cheese/kefir mixture and the rest of the strawberries. Loosely cover, and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
