If you like Piña Colada… Our easy four-ingredient Piña Colada Smoothie features all of your favorite tropical flavors, but with a healthy dose of gut nourishing probiotics from our Coconut Chia Kefir.
- ¾ cup Coconut Chia Lowfat Kefir
- 1½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp coconut cream
- Ice as needed
- Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
- Add cherries or any other fruit to add a twist to your piña colada!
