Ingredients
- 1 cup Farmer Cheese
- 1 Lifeway Organic Organic Plain Lowfat Kefir
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1-2 tsp. honey or maple syrup to sweeten
- Fresh mint, to garnish
- Water/ice, for consistency
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Additional frozen kefir or ice may be added for consistency. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or additional kiwi slices.
