- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup cherries, frozen or fresh
- 1/4 cup gluten-free Rolled oats
- 1 scoop your favorite protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1- 2 Medjool dates, depending on desired sweetness
