- 1/2 cup herbs (cilantro + parsley together)
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Plain Lowfat Kefir
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- two toasted gluten-free bread
- 1 tbsp Follow Your Heart Vegenaise
- 5 half strips of Lightlife Organic Smoky Tempeh Strips
- Handful of Gotham Greens Windy City Crunch Lettuce
- 1/2 small avocado
- 2 slices of tomato
- Kefir Chimichurri: blend everything together with a hand mixer or food processor. Place into a small bowl and set aside.
