Directions

  1. Blend Lifeway Blueberry kefir, blueberries, honey, and lemon in a food processor or blender. Freeze in a rectangular glass pan and cover. Freeze for 2 hours. REmove, stir, then refreeze until sold frozen (about 1 hour or so).
  2. Remove, serve with whipped topping of choice, or more fruit, and enjoy!
