Directions

  1. Blend Lifeway Blueberry kefir, blueberries, honey, and lemon in a food processor or blender. Freeze in a rectangular glass pan (covered) for 2 hours. Remove, stir, then refreeze until sold frozen (about 1 hour or so).
  2. Remove from the freezer, serve with fresh fruit and other toppings, then enjoy!
