- 2 large bananas, frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Whole Milk Kefir
- 3 tbsp almond or cashew butter
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 3 tbsp ground flax
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 soft dates (take the seed out)
- Add the bananas, raspberries, nut butter, hemp, flax, chia, cacao, and dates to a blender. Add the kefir, then blend at high speed until very smooth.
- Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and fresh raspberries.
