- 2 tbsp honey
- 1-2 bunches oregano
- Lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add olives to a baking dish and top with salt, pepper, thyme, and olive oil. Bake 8-10 mins.
- Whip farmer cheese with lemon zest, black pepper, and honey.
- Toast your bread, layer on farmer cheese mixture and roasted olives. Top with more thyme and oregano.
